Indications d'application: Desire-1 has been used for the immunoprecipitation of soluble TCR molecules (Gregoire 1991 & Hua 1986). An FITC conjugated desire-1 has been used in flow cytometric analysis as a marker for clonotype expression (Schonrich 1991). Further, a Fab fragment derived from desire-1 has been used in the crystallisation of the T-cell receptor for 3D structure determination (Housset 1997).

This reformatted mouse antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
